Refund policy
To ensure you enjoy a pleasant shopping experience, we offer exchanges or a store credit of the value of your purchase within 15 days of the purchase date (no refunds).
Items must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging. No exchange or store credit will be granted for items that are damaged, washed, or used.
Pantry products: not eligible for exchanges or store credit.
Sale or clearance items are considered final sale.
All custom-made items or special orders are not eligible for exchanges or store credit.
Return Fees:
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective items or if an error was made in your order (in such cases, we cover the shipping fees).
You may also return items directly to our Mirabel store to avoid shipping charges.
We are not responsible for lost or misaddressed packages.
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping for all orders of $350 or more before taxes.
A flat fee of $15 applies to purchases under $350.
You may choose free in-store pickup during business hours.
We ship within Canada only.
Order processing may take two to five business days, although most orders are shipped the following day.
Furniture Shipping Fees
Furniture delivery requires specific logistics. For this reason, transportation fees are calculated according to:

Rugs
Please note that rug delivery times are estimated between 2 and 8 weeks, depending on supplier availability. If the ordered item is out of stock, you will receive an email notification with the expected availability date.
- Every order is prepared with care, but delivery times may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds in these situations.
