White balsamic vinegar - 250 ml

Zoë Balsamic is the perfect blend of grape must and red wine vinegar aged for different periods of time in a variety of wooden barrels. When mixed together, they create a sweet and tangy balsamic vinegar. The product is made from the juice of just harvested white grapes (usually Trebbiano grapes) which are then fermented with a slow aging process which concentrates the flavors.
