Please note that delivery costs will be calculated based on the destination of your order. After placing your order, our teams will contact you to inform you of the specific delivery costs to your address.   • We offer free delivery on all orders of $100 or more before taxes.
  • A flat fee of $12 is applied for purchases of $100 or less.
  • You can choose to collect your purchases for free directly from the store during opening hours.
  • We deliver to Canada only.
  • Orders can take two to five business days to process, although most ship the next day.

Returns online or in store

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted in store within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please keep your original invoice to facilitate the process.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and, if applicable, in their original packaging.
  • Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.


We cover delivery costs for damaged, defective items or if an error was made in your order.

For any other reason, return costs, including shipping, handling and packaging, are your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

For health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of the following items: care and well-being products.
