Delivery Plus
  • We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more before taxes.
  • A flat fee of $12 is applied for purchases of $100 or less.
  • You can choose to collect your purchases free of charge directly from the store during opening hours.
  • We deliver to Canada only.
  • Order processing can take two to five business days, although most ship the next day.

**Carpet**
Please note that the estimated delivery time for rugs is between 2 and 8 weeks, subject to availability from our suppliers. If the item you ordered is out of stock, you will receive an email notification indicating the expected availability date.


Furniture
Please note that specific shipping charges are applied to furniture and rugs, and will be calculated when adding the items to your cart.

No refunds will be accepted due to delayed delivery. If you order an item and the expected delivery date is delayed, unfortunately we have no control over it.

Return and Exchange Policy

Deadline : We accept returns within 15 days for exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card.

Item Conditions : Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. No exchanges or credits will be given for damaged, washed, or used items.

Exceptions :

Sale or clearance items are considered final sales and are therefore not eligible for exchange.

Customized products or special orders are not eligible for exchanges or credits.

Hygiene : No exchanges for bath products (soaps, lotions, etc.).

Food and plants : Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Return costs :

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items that are damaged, defective or if an error has been made in your order (in this case, we cover the delivery costs).

• You also have the option of returning your order directly to the store to avoid delivery charges.

• We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
