FAQs

  • We offer free delivery on all orders of $100 or more before taxes.
  • A flat fee of $12 is applied for purchases of $100 or less.
  • You can choose to collect your purchases for free directly from the store during opening hours.
  • We deliver to Canada only.
  • Orders can take two to five business days to process, although most ship the next day.

**Carpet**


We inform you that the delivery time for the carpets is estimated between 2 and 8 weeks, subject to availability from our suppliers. If the item ordered is out of stock, you will receive an email notification indicating the expected date of availability.

Please note that specific shipping charges are applied to furnishings and rugs, and will be calculated when adding items to cart.

No refunds will be accepted due to delivery time. If you order an item and the scheduled date is pushed back, we unfortunately have no control

Returns online or in store

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted in store within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please keep your original invoice to facilitate the process.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and, if applicable, in their original packaging.
  • Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

Return fees

  • We cover delivery costs for damaged, defective items or if an error was made in your order.
  • For any other reason, return costs, including shipping, handling and packaging, are your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
  • For health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of the following items: care and well-being products.

    It is advisable to opt for a delivery service offering the possibility of tracking your package or to take out insurance. We would like to inform you that we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
