A fixed fee of $15 is applied for purchases under $350.

You can choose to collect your purchases free of charge directly from our store during opening hours.

We deliver to Canada only.

Order processing can take two to five business days, although most ship the next day.

 

Shipping costs for furniture

Furniture delivery requires specific logistics. For this reason, shipping costs are calculated individually, based on the following factors:

The delivery address,

The dimensions and weight of the furniture,

The type of transport required (standard, specialized, with handling, etc.).

A personalized quote will be offered to you to guarantee the best possible price, depending on your situation.

You can contact us in advance for an estimate, or we will send you a quote once the order is placed.

In-store pickup remains available free of charge.

Carpet
We inform you that the delivery time for the rugs is estimated between 2 and 8 weeks, subject to availability from our suppliers. In the event of a shortage of the item ordered, you will receive an email notification indicating the expected date of availability.


Each order is carefully prepared, but delivery times may be extended for reasons beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in these situations.
