- We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more before taxes.
- A flat fee of $12 is applied for purchases of $100 or less.
- You can choose to collect your purchases free of charge directly from the store during opening hours.
- We ship to Canada only.
- Order processing can take two to five business days, although most ship the next day.
**Carpet**
We inform you that the delivery time of the carpets is estimated between 2 and 8 weeks, subject to availability from our suppliers. In case of out of stock of the ordered item, you will receive an email notification indicating the expected date of availability.
Furnishings
Please note that specific shipping charges are applied to furniture and rugs, and will be calculated when adding the items to the cart.
No refunds will be accepted due to delivery delay. If you order an item and the expected date is pushed back, unfortunately we have no control
Return and Exchange Policy
Deadline : We accept returns within 15 days for exchange or store credit in the form of a gift card.
Item Conditions : Items must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. No exchanges or credits will be given for damaged, washed or used items.
Exceptions :
• Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and are therefore not eligible for exchange.
• Customized products or special orders are not eligible for exchanges or credits.
• Hygiene : No exchanges for bath products (soaps, lotions, etc.).
• Food and plants : Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return costs :
• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for items that are damaged, defective or if an error has been made in your order (in this case, we will cover the delivery costs).
• You also have the option of making a return directly in store to avoid delivery costs.
• We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
