Fireweed, the main plant in this herbal tea, is recommended by contemporary herbalists for problems of the urinary sphere (prostate, bladder, etc.). It also has a toning and “tightening” action on inflamed digestive mucous membranes, reinforced by raspberry leaves.
Monarda gives the mixture its powerful fresh citrus scent and its digestive (anti-bloating) properties. Finally, the beet shavings from the garden magnify the shine of its red color and leave a final note of sweet earth to this resolutely tannic herbal tea.

MANUAL

  • Infuse 1 rounded teaspoon (1.5 g) of herbal tea per cup of simmering water for a long time (10 to 15 minutes), covered. Filter and enjoy.
  • As the tannins in this herbal tea limit the absorption of nutrients, it is best enjoyed between meals.
