Containing just two ingredients – pistachios from Iran and organic, fair trade white chocolate – this indulgent nut butter is delicious on bread, pancakes, ice cream and even… with a spoon. Everything is allowed!
Made from 85% pistachios, it has a taste reminiscent of pistachio cream without all the calories. Our team located in Sherbrooke prepares it every week according to demand to ensure its freshness.

Ingredients
85% dry roasted pistachios*, 15% fair trade organic white chocolate (cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, natural vanilla) *75%, that's what it says on the jar... but in In fact, the quantity of pistachio contained in each jar is closer to 85%. Small printing error which will be quickly corrected!
*Note that cocoa butter sets this delicious mixture, which gives it a different texture from our other products. To restore a smooth and creamy texture, we recommend putting your pot in the microwave for 7 seconds or putting it in a bowl of boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes. You will only have to do this step once!
Conservation
Keeps for 6 months once opened, does not need to be refrigerated.
