Brie Skillet and Topping - Apples and Salted Caramel

Our complete gift set includes a 16cm (6.3″) diameter cast iron skillet and a bag of our best apple and salted caramel brie toppings.

Take a small 255g (8oz) round brie or camembert cheese, score the top layer with a knife, place it in the pan, then top with one of our easy toppings. Bake for 15-20 minutes and serve warm from the pan. Easy as pie!
