Returns online or in store
- Returns and exchanges are accepted in store within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please keep your original invoice to facilitate the process.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and, if applicable, in their original packaging.
- Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
We cover delivery costs for damaged, defective items or if an error was made in your order.
For any other reason, return costs, including shipping, handling and packaging, are your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
For health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of the following items: care and well-being products.
It is advisable to opt for a delivery service offering the possibility of tracking your package or to take out insurance. We would like to inform you that we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
