Return and Exchange Policy – Online Sales
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not suit you, you can return or exchange it according to the conditions below.
Deadlines and terms
•You have 15 days following receipt of your order to make a return or exchange.
•Returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit online or in-store in the form of a gift card .
Conditions of the articles
•Returned items must be intact, unused and in their original packaging.
•No exchanges or credits will be given for damaged, washed or used items.
Exceptions (non-returnable and non-exchangeable items)
• Final sale items (sales or clearance): Not exchangeable or refundable.
•Customized products or special orders : Not eligible for exchanges or credits.
•Hygiene products (soaps, lotions, etc.): No returns or exchanges.
•Food and plants : Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Return costs
•Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of a damaged, defective item or an order error (in this case, we cover the delivery costs).
•You can also return an item directly to the store to avoid delivery costs.
•We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
